a few weeks ago, we had a press quote from, of all people,
Fidel Castro. He said something similar to:
The US has allowed corporations to get too big to keep
them under control.
If you are living under rock, maybe you haven’t heard of the
oil ‘spill’ in the gulf of mexico. I have spilt any number of beverages,
beer, soda, water, tea, coffee , and have taken a few spills from
my bike.
Somehow calling a ‘gushing’ oil well seems to defy the logic of
the word spill. In the most recent events, think of the Icelandic
volcano ‘spewing’ ash . what is the difference ?
you can see the ash cloud. you cannot see the oil cloud,
one mile under the water. without a camera.
each day for the last 6 (8?) weeks, we have news reports of the
oil spill.. i can’t recall any spill of mine ever lasting more than
a few seconds.
A gusher. A blowout. A geyser. An environmental disaster.
nope. it is an oil spill.

It was 1985. My biggest concern for the day was getting something to drink. A coca cola.
At the circle k on the corner of prince road and oracle road. It was a nice day;
sunny and around 80 degrees. A typical tucson weather in may? No. Kind of cool.
As i was walking down the sidewalk, heading west on the north side of prince road,
i came to the point where the driveway for the corner store begins. From there, it is about
100 feet to the entrance door of circle K. There is/was a Mobil gas station on the other side of
oracle road; and i could not help but look ahead while walking.
There, across oracle road, walking south on the sidewalk, going towards the Mobil station,
was a man with something strapped to his hip/leg . He was wearing a cowboy hat, boots,
and one of those chains that people wear to avoid losing their wallet. The chain was shiny silver.
But more importantly, on his other hip was a leather holster, with a pistol inside.
Like a scene from one of those old movies; i didn’t know what to do. I slowed down….
ready to run for cover . I can still see him, he had a strap around his leg to hold the holster in place.
After my initial shock, lasting 3-5 seconds, i went about my business of buying a coke.
But i watched the man, probably in his early 20s, as he went to the Mobil gas station.
He walked in. A minute or two later, he walked out. He was opening a pack of cigarettes.
Put one in his mouth and lit it up.
I didn’t hear any dynamite blowing up a safe. No shots fired. He didn’t run, or jump into a waiting
get-away car. He just casually walked down the street. With a side arm. In public.
Never, in my 20 years had i seen anyone except law officers carrying weapons in public.
“Welcome to Arizona” .
I don’t remember seeing that man again. I do not remember seeing anyone else wearing a pistol -
a clearly visible firearm, in public.
Jim drove a convertible Corvette. It was a late 1960s model. Maybe a 1967 . i don’t know.
He was a security guard, working nights. The Vette had a shifter on the floor. I never did ask
but i think it was a manual transmission. Right next to the shifter, and sitting slightly taller in the car,
was his mount for his magnum 45. It looked just like a shifter, the way he camoflaged it.
Nobody tried to carjack him, anymore. Even if/when they tried, they would have to reconsider.
When they got close enough to see this ‘crazy’ guy in his shiny Vette.
You could not hide your gun, or put in the glovebox. Not have it in your lap, or tucked into the crack in the car seat.
It had to be visible to anyone who could see. Or it was a crime.
But for whatever reason , a permit to carry a concealed weapon is no different than ‘normal’ for Arizona.
In this era, if i saw that man, carrying a ‘six-shooter’ strapped to his leg, probably 80% of the city would dial 911.
For comparison, 101% of Arkansans would call twice. And the tourists, at least one call to 911.
But for Arizona, the other 20% would be making sure their gun was loaded…just in case.
Wierd shit happens in Arizona. The ability to carry a weapon is a choice of survival for a few.

I don’t know where to begin. Will organize this a little .
I was going shopping; and while in the parking lot, making my way to the front door of the shop,i met a person whom i used to work with. And had admired. Still do, but that is besides the point.
She says, “well well, where have you been hiding ?”
I am smiling, and i say “nowhere. you are still working here? wow.”
She is very quick with her replies, and she asks where i am working.
I tell her, i don’t have a job.
She says, well so you are living off the government. that’s okay, ‘Obama is giving it away’.
I respond with, no, i don’t receive any government monies. none.
then i say it is good to see you! how are you ? we talked for a few minutes. then
With in a few minutes, i was inside the shop, searching for my items.
All week long, i keep thinking back to what she said. Obama… .
That was my first encounter with ‘the wave’ sweeping america. The healthcare laws.Through the week, we start to see news stories about Democratic offices being targeted.
Windows broken. Messages tied to bricks. I guess it culminated with the Blogger who encouraged his readers to send a message by throwing bricks through windows.
I remember voting, in Nov 2008. The line outside was about 20 people long.Unknown, but inside the line was another 20 people. Overall, it was 45 minutes standing in that line. For me to vote. Relatively short, for the stories i had heard about voting lines in the big cities – 8 hours in line to vote. when it was all done, and i had cast my paper ballot, i cheerfully walked out the door.with my ‘i voted today’ sticker on my left shoulder. i probably wore a smile.
Two gentlemen in line, seemed to say, “you know who he voted for..”
Our county votes were 75% Republican in the presidential election.
It was idle chit-chat, and i don’t think they were ‘mindreaders’ .
I don’t believe in mindreaders. Although there was that lady in McDonalds.Doh! That’s another story, for another time.
On thursday, out of nowhere. We get yet another story about ‘Some have been laid in ‘
who is apparently some republican thug the USA wants to kill.
Uh, didn’t he die in africa in 1999 ? The answer is no, if you ask a republican.
“We are at war with him .” me- “Uh,,we are at war with a person ?”
“No-no, we are at war with the toilet.”
By now i realize this person has no life other than watching television. I try to give insight;
“You mean, we are at war with China ? India ?”
“No, the toilet. We are at war with the toilet. The war on terror …”
I decide thought provokation isn;t going to work with this guy. time for plan B .
“Ah, so. There is a new war . We are fighting the guys who want to ban tallies ?The tally banners ? “
Now he looks at me with disregard. I obviously have no clue about the world.Nor do i give a shit. And fighting a battle of wits with an unarmed person is an unwinnable war.
But today, i get it. The USA is at war with Oh, Some Have Been Laid In the Toilets. And we are the Tally Banners. Way to go ,. Everybody chant USA! USA! USA!
A few short years ago, Russia was having trouble with the Chechen rebels.
For every attack on Russian soil, Shamil Basayev claimed to be responsible.
Subway attack; Shamil claims the Chechens are responsible. Airliners bombed.
Again, Shamil takes the ‘credit’ .
Russia was annoyed. The guy was clearly a ‘nutcase’. But also an enemy.
Shamil was killed July 10 2006 . And astonishingly, terror in Russia slowed.
April 19,1995 was the day of the Alfred Murrah federal building in OKC bombing.
The people who were convicted for the bombing claimed they acted out against the government for
the terrible handling of David Koresh and the ‘Waco Siege’ and Ruby Ridge.
One hundred and sixty eight people died in the explosion.
The government was convinced at the time that the ‘greatest threat to america’ was the
militias and groups within its own borders.
Violence begets violence. So hopefully, signing a healthcare bill into law will bring health?
I was reading about corporate america; Walmart employs over 1.7 million people in the USA.
Second only to the C=I=A in number of employees. Holy shit. The C I A employs ….?
Alright, so we have no known rivals. America is the only ‘superpower’ left.
I laugh at the term, thinking of a few countries with populations over 1 billion.
But then, that is the propaganda we americans must listen to daily.
The See Ahh Ehh employs more people than Walmart ?
What’s the matter with a little healthcare for a few poor people when the See Ahh Ehh employs over 1.7 million people ?
A lot. Apparently , this is so horrible an idea that ‘wingnuts’ must break windows. With Bricks. That have
poorly spelled messages attached to the bricks.
Man. In 2008, i think i felt the same way about Repulicans, and GWB. i’m not violent.
But i had the same feeling; the world is going to hell.
I registered to vote. I voted. Not along party lines. i vote for the best candidates.
Party affiliation is not required when registering in this state.
I sat at my computer, reading the Bio and descriptions of the candidates.
I even searched out news stories, and commentary about the ‘person’ before i voted.
I took notes; on the back of a store receipt. That paper went into the voting booth with me.
I know where my votes went, because i wrote them down before i went in.
Well, i don’;t know where that paper is, but its around here somewhere.
I know this is hard to read, and doesn’t make much of a story.
But it has all the elements that are required to get my point across.
The headline says it all.
But i still don’t get this ‘teabagger’ stuff. Are these the people who have been waterboarded ? Or candidates for office ?
Is there a new party in town… that . hey isn’t tea-bagging a sexual reference ? OMG . hide the kids.
Good day.

This is going to be a different type of article from my usual reports.
My american news headlines are about Walmart, Texas schoolbooks, and basketball.
(The links provided are all to stories written in english language.)
Meanwhile, daily strikes continue in Greece. Today it will be the taxi drivers on strike, and
all gas stations will be closed. They charged 3 men with the assault on a union boss last week.
Yet what really merits my attention, is the weird stuff going on in news about Turkey .
The US and international community have been (pressuring) working to encourage
Armenia and Turkey to “normalise ties” as this BBC article headline from October 2009.
story
Now jump to March 2010, and the BBC article “Turkish anger at US Armenian ‘genocide’ vote”
with Turkey withdrawing an ambassador from Washington DC.
story
Less than 1 month ago, news surfaced of a failed military coup in Turkey. story
Continuing with the ‘bad press’ stories, on March 16 2010 we had:
Turkish corvette tests Greek waters a short article found on
story whole article is
Turkish warships have been testing the patience of the Hellenic Navy by increasing their transit through Greek waters, it emerged yesterday.
In the sixth incident this year, the corvette Bozcaada on Sunday set off from the Lebanese coast for Izmir in Turkey – via Cape Sounion south of Athens. Defense officials worry about the message Turkey wants to convey with these legal yet ostensibly aimless transits. Defense Minister Evangelos Venizelos spoke of “the barely innocent passage of a Turkish warship through our territorial waters.” The Bozcaada, part of an international operation in the Aegean, was relieved by another Turkish vessel on Sunday. But upon its return voyage, instead of taking the shorter route along the Turkish coast to Izmir, it went northwest toward Rhodes, from there to Serifos and on to the strait between Sounion and Kea before heading east, past Evia and Skyros.
Today, March 18th, we see from the same news service:
Turkish Interference
Helicopter gets radar warning at
story
Turkish authorities yesterday sent radar warnings to a Greek coast guard helicopter participating in a patrol of the eastern Aegean organized by Frontex, the European Union’s border monitoring agency, Greek defense officials said. The helicopter had been patroling the area between the islands of Symi and Farmakonisi when it received the signal from Turkey. The warnings came just a day after similar signals were sent to a Greek Chinook helicopter, also close to Farmakonisi.
And then we have the “Iran nuclear programme ‘solely civilian’ – Turkish PM” on the BBC at
story
and
“Turkey threatens to expel 100,000 Armenians” BBC at story .
There was also an interesting piece about the dispute between FYROM and Greece over the naming of
what most of the world calls Macedonia in “US eyes solution in name dispute”
story
And last, there was also the gaffe between Israel and the US relations after Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden,
and President Obama each, separately where quoted by press agencies as criticizing the Israeli settlement plans.( my words)
So while the news media in the US bombards people with stories about car recalls from Toyota, Honda, and Chevy,
Tiger Woods, several celebrity deaths, Texas schoolbooks, and the incessant bunk about healthcare …
the world is showing some growing pains.
Do not panic, I wanted to share these stories. Yet the world as we know it is not going to dissolve any time soon.

I am on verge of change. my confidence in america is slowly returning. i don’t watch tv news.
no opinion shows , no talk shows. no soap operas. so what i have is my shielded views.
but you cannot hide from the news .. all the state governments are going broke. for years, decades ,
the philosophy in government seems to be; tax people. so all this time, we have churches and industries
who do not pay the same taxes as a person. the reality is, many communities lured business into their
domain by providing incentives. lower taxes, etc.
with all the snowfall the northern hemisphere has experienced this year, i think back to the Reagan era.
how will things be different this time ? the recession was a big story back then.
and these days, communication is greatly expanded over the last 30 years.
at the same time, intelligence has dropped. we are far stupider now. and more gullible.
it’s a dangerous combination; pt barnum would have fleets of circuses today. who?
what is in store for our society ? will the government finally start taxing religious organizations ?
will they raise tax rates on corporations ? or will they just print more money ?
so far, our brilliant (sarcasm!) leadership proposes closing schools. lots of schools.
right now, we americans are in better shape than most of the world. people still starve in america.
but we are far better off than, say, most of africa. i don’t want you to agree, if you disagree. hold your point.
our government has given us the best and the worst scenario for the future.
i take great pride in believing that ‘america feeds the world’ . we should have enough to eat for the future.
but what the world needs is a wake up call. the industrial revolution is now in china. brazil . somewhere//else.
the new game in america is, buy up all your competitors. raise rates. go broke. get bailed out. go broke again.
keep trying the same approach, and expect a different ending. like in a fairytale.
and we all lived happily ever after. in corporate america. on handouts and bread lines.

Dear Mr President,
For the first time in many years, I watched the State of the Union on television.
Since we have never met, let me start by congratulating you on your victory in the 08 elections. Me, and those close to me sincerely believe that you are the best hope for our nation.
In reality, i hope that you stick with your ideals, and make this ‘your’ time to do whatever it takes to better the image, and quality of america. You Sir, are the leader of a nation whose politics can best be described as juvenile delirium.
Personally, my ideal would have been to lock the doors of that hall,
and declare the inhabitants legally insane. Except for the one man speaking. Mr President, you’re free to go about your business.
‘Feed them all valium, and tell them that it was all an illusion; that they were never elected.” As for the Justices, they could use the same treatment.
Let’s get real, man. Okay ?
Sir, as my President, you are bound to move in, and make yourself comfortable. And, you are to make each and every one of the members of the audience question their own beliefs. And their every step. Get in their faces, and do not back down. No doubt you have already had to change your ideals for the nutjobs we call
elected officials. I will not settle for that. If you go down in flames for your ideals, we, the american people will respect you for ‘trying’ . Don’t accept what these politicians want to sell you . Forget about party politics. That was your intended message.
Think of america. Think changes for the good; We both know that isn’t going to happen. Until you grab a few of those elected nutjobs by the f__cking ear, and tell them, “this is how it’s going to be.”
Mind you, the american public would enjoy seeing a few of these nutjobs pissin’ down their pants leg.
And a few news organizations could use a well-placed kick in the ass, too.
Shake things up, Mr President.
Health insurance, whoopie. Alternative energies, hell yes. Tax breaks for hiring in america. It’s about time. High speed trains, to rival the best in the world, yes.
Personally, if you fail in any or all of these ideals, i will not judge you too harshly for failure. But if you cannot twist a few ears, and kick some asses that need it, then sir.
We as americans will have to accept the fact that Politics in america is hopeless.
Thank you for your time. Sincerely, An American

Over the summer i stopped reading AP News stories, since they made the decision
to charge for their content. Or whatever they did…but lately, My Yahoo! page is loaded with
AP stories. I didn’t call them news. Instead of making fun of the headlines,
this round we will spoof the stories. Nah. Just comment.
Obama: 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan by summer (AP) .
He told us, before he was elected. Afghanistan is where the fight is.
It’s a bad idea. Let the Russians take care of their backyard.
On the other hand, we all know too well the american armed forces would be
invading Colombia,Honduras,Venezuela, or some place we don’t belong.
So , let’s all be thankful these geniuses are squandering away our troops
and will in an area of the world where the average american doesn’t give a shit about anyway.
Seattle police kill suspect in officer slayings (AP) .
I guess he won’t receive a trial, then. The past 30 years have shown that ‘Justice’ in america
all too often involves police, investigators, or prosecutors framing ‘suspects’ for crimes
they didn’t commit. Fortunatley, there is no law against being framed.
WTG Huck(abee) , i certainly hope you’re not running for Prez in the future.
Then again, it would almost certainly give us another Democrat President. oops.
Police: Woods at fault in crash, will get citation (AP) .
Enough. Tiger Woods, I respect your privacy. Your marriage details do not belong on
the sports page. Yea, somebody else said it before me. It is true, though.
Battered players skeptical of expanding NFL season (AP) .
Yea,somebody feel sorry for these guys.
Gosh, they should get more money for playing more games.
How about…no. Drop ticket prices to $10 for all sports.
I ask, how can anybody spend $100 million for a ball player, and there is still no cure
for cancer ? Do something relevant, ‘pros’ . How about you ride buses to your games ?
Set a base pay of $1,000 a game. That’s still too much. Do more to create competition:
why not give ‘professional’ sportsmen 4 years in the league . After that, you retire.
Hopefully you won’t end up working in MacDonalds for $7 an hour. But I’m willing to take that chance.
GE, Vivendi deal paves way for NBC sale to Comcast (AP) .
Okay, the headline should really be: Comcast going to raise the rates, soon.
NBC, the pioneer of american broadcasting, is going to be sold to a cable operator.
And i don’t care. Just another corporate takeover, and consumers will get the shaft.
Honestly, there hasn’t been a show on ‘tv’ (network tv) since Johnny Carson retired.
It can’t get any worse under Comcast. Unless they throttle your reception. or can they do that yet ?
Don’t bet newspapers will get rich shunning Google (AP) .
Will they get rich charging for online content ? I hope not.
It’s a twisted world; all the sources ‘sell’ the same stories. Think of how it would be if
Ford, Chrysler, and Chevy all just sold Toyotas. After all thats what america wants anyway, isn’t it ?
Yet newspapers scream about being in the gutter. I’m still looking for a news source that could be honest.
Place a disclaimer on your site, something honest. Like:
“We can’t report anything relevant, or the secret news police would sensor it from our content.”
We’re at war. You know. Anything newsworthy would be a national secret.
So we will waste your time, and insult your intelligence on news about celebrities private lives.
You know, Britney, Tiger, Paris. Stuff you need to know. Eh?
If you go back in time, the ‘twin towers’ had just signed a lease agreement for over
$1 billion . They comprised a huge portion of available office space in new york city.
The towers were also considered to be an ‘eyesore’ by many, they were just
ugly, super-tall concrete boxes lacking any aesthetic value. There was serious talk of
tearing them down, and building something more modern. They were outdated
before they were completed. Nobody seems to mention this any more.
There was all the ‘hoopla’ of equating 9/11 with the bombing of Pearl Harbor.
Our national leaders told us ‘do not live in fear’ . Go to work, do what you normally would do -
shopping, dining, entertainment. Yet do not forget the people who’s lives were sacrificed that day.
In the days that followed, the ‘intelligence’ community and our national leaders basically
‘cooked up’ a theory for why this all happened, and remember how almost immediately
they came up with the ‘list’ of terrorists ? Here we had an lesson, or ‘programming’ if you will allow,
of who america;s enemies were. Did anyone mention the eerie similarity to the
Oklahoma City bombing of a few years earlier ? Yes, although quickly ‘domestic terrorists’ were ruled out.
But there was frequent mention of the 1993 world trade center bombing, and attacks on american
military installations , many located in the middle east.
There are plenty of ‘conspiracy’ theory on the events of 9/11/2001 ; how the government
probably skewed their findings into blaming being the responsibility of their ‘enemies’.
There was no ‘real’ investigation, just finger pointing. I have to admit, that all the evidence
that our law enforcement agencies could collect was buried under a million tons of rubble.
It’s great to keep an open mind to the conspiracy theories, without being bound to the conclusions.
I liked :
serendipity,
911review , and those pages link to other great websites about September 11, 2001.

There is an incredible debate for health care in america. I even saw one of those
‘smear campaign’ commercials on TV. Not only was I offended by the first sentence,
(a benign statement) I instinctively grabbed the remote and turned the television off .
Maybe it was the AMC channel, I can’t remember. My mind is numb to the
‘penis pill’ commercials they run incessantly. Or the countless other ‘buy drugs’ commercials,
as I call them. And can’t fail to mention the ‘free scooter’ and the health insurance ads….
My view of healthcare in america:
I remember the day, my mother, my sister, and I sitting in the kitchen on a sunny summer
afternoon in mid-August.
“You have a dentist appointment for 9:00 am tomorrow.” says my mom.
At the time, I looked forward to it. I was 11 years old, with buck teeth and I have this
molar that grew in ‘sideways’ . Even though the tooth doesn’t ‘bite’ anything, since there is
no opposing tooth to chew against, through my life I endured constantly biting my lip
as a reflex to the strange presence in my oral cavity.(I still have the tooth,it’s healthy).
For the past few years, every child in my grade school endured the ‘Flouride Treatment’
where we are given a cup of colored liquid to swish around in our mouth for 60 seconds.
“Don’t swallow it!” At this age, I didn’t eat alot of sugar, yet a family friend had every tooth
capped with silver, due to tooth decay.
Back to the dentist, and he is concerned about 1 cavity . Dr Funk decides that we will have
to make another appointment for drilling and filling , as I would call the procedure now.
All i remember is the filling was composed of silver paste, probably some type of epoxy
compound that was a cheap alternative to silver or gold..
After getting the filling, my life changed, for the worse. I kept having ‘tummy aches’ .
Daily, especially in the morning before school. I never thought to have the filling removed,
it would be a lifetime before I even thought a filling in a tooth could cause me this problem.
Skip forward, to the year 2005. I’m watching a movie, and eating popcorn in the
recliner in my living room. I bit into a half-cooked kernel of corn(we call them ‘old-maids’),
and something gave way in my mouth. I carefully sorted out the particles in my mouth;
half chewed popcorn, and some very hard, ‘foreign object’ was found by my tongue.
I still have that filling, and there was no bleeding or any problems with losing the part of
tooth from my mouth. Just some sharp edges on the molar that broke.
Within a week, my chronic ‘tummy aches’ stopped. I began to enjoy life, talking to people
and joking with my friends in very casual situations. I actually started conversations,
with family and friends. There was a noticeable change from my usual ‘quiet’ behavior.
I never felt better. I gained a positive attitude. This is when I began to suspect that the filling;
that inevitable trip to the dentist years ago, was the ‘root’ of my poor outlook and attitude.
I don’t blame Dr Funk. I blame the entire ‘health’ industry. Every day, millions of people
ingest chemicals without knowing what they will do to the human tissues .
They pay people to recommend their products.
The FDA is a piece of shit, government bureacracy. They are not protecting people.
Health care in america is, “You asked for it, you got it” . There is no cure until the
people we elect to high offices realize how ignorant, selfish individuals such as them
would have the heart to give a shit about anyone or anything but themselves.
I hate her, the ditsy bitch. But it seems to me that Sara grew a conscience.
Heaven forbid we would ever have one of those in office.

I have been reading the news this morning, across several organizations websites.
Topics can range from local,goodie-goodie stories, into more national/international interests.
Le Tour De France – Lance Armstrong, cancer survivor, places third in the event.
A couple of years ago, I was fascinated with a yellow T-shirt made by Atomic Ocean.
Somehow it was associated with Lance; either a portion of profits went to a Lance
foundation, or maybe he had a part in the design. I paid $15 for this T-shirt, and i was proud to
own it. Never did I imagine Lance would return to Le Tour in 2009.
Many times the news covers up the real problems, there is a lack of understanding.
Or possibly it’s bad editing, or just plain opinion clouding the issues.
Such as:
Why does ‘gay marriage’ become a problem for people ?
The true reason for allowing ‘gay marriage’ is for tax and financial reasons.
Do some/most people think this is about sexual preference ?
Where is the frank discussion on the real reason…
The ‘terms’ and ‘the fine print’ in nearly every service you receive.
Health insurance, they will provide benefits to your wife n kids, but not to
a same sex roommate who has lived with you for 20 years.
In order to get EQUAL treatment, they have to be married ?
It truly happens.
Life insurance, the same terms apply. So if your roommate of 20 years
dies after a prolonged stay in the hospital, his family and close friends are
fair game for a collection agency to harass.
You can be liable for their debts, yet you cannot receive any benefit.
It’s a simple problem , which requires a simple amendment to civil law.
Yet here comes mister/misses reporter, saying this is all about having sex.
With people of the same gender.
For years, the internal revenue service had different tax rates for single people,
and married people. Single people got the shaft, as their money was taxed at
a different rate. With no dependents, you had less deductibles.
The average person would realize that, being married saves you money.
Having children reaps huge tax breaks..marriage n children is not for everyone.
Yet being single means you are responsible for paying more taxes.
This tactic amounts to ‘manipulation’ of a free people.
Failure to pay your taxes is a criminal offense.Being single is not criminal.
Being poor is not criminal. Working for minimum wage, barely having enough food
to survive is not a crime. Dying a natural death is not a crime.
Leaving all your money to your pet cat is not a crime.
But there are taxes for each situation, and not paying those taxes is a crime.
The IRS could change its tax codes, and in some states ,
living together for years ‘counts’ the same as marriage.
So why does this become a religious issue ?
This is corporate america, and anyone who is against ‘gay marriage’ is
actually on the same side as these corporate ‘fine print writers’.
When the actual problem is, the judicial system siding with the corporate ‘terms’.
There have been exceptions, where a judge will rule in favor of a same sex partner.
So the naughty 3 letter word conveys the wrong message,
and somebody out there doesn’t like the outcome.
Instead of saying ‘same gender’ it becomes offensive because it refers to sex.
Which is another problem in itself. Here we are a free nation, governed by a trove
of sex maniacs who publicly oppose what they do in private.
The message people get is, ‘don’t get caught’ .
So for the gay senator who are against gay marriage, and for the
married governor who cheats on his wife, at the same time
condemning ‘adultery’ =
When will you wake up from your lawyer liar inside, and
make rules regulations and generally set a good example for people to live their lives ?
How do you fix this shameless cesspool of government ?
That is easy. You take away their paycheck and benefits.
Your average ‘homeless’ person is going to do more to help people than these
‘pretty boys’ who talk with fire out their ass.
The homeless , give them a place to stay, and some food.
They don’t need a salary to buy a second home.
If a person has nothing to begin with, it would be easy to track when they receive
‘benefits’ outside of their ‘subsistence’ pay .
Okay, but how do you ‘right’ the ‘wrongs’ from the previous governing bodies ?
Let us start with making all judicial positions run for election.
You take away the pay and benefits, and what incentive do the megalomaniacs have for
seeking these positions of employment ?
Alright, there are many judges who deserve to be seated in their jurisdiction.
Can you find 1 who didn’t start out as a lawyer ?
Ah, so we ban lawyers’ from being judges…this ‘takes away’ the need
for lawyers in the first place.
We get laws and rules the average person can understand.
We get procedures and order that ‘the average person’ can cope with.
Tear down the gobbledygook lawyer speak, and quell the house of cards
aptly named ‘just us’ .
Receiving $250 million dollars because the gas tank on your Ford Pinto exploded is
probably a little more than you need, isn’t it ?
Of course, Uncle Sam sure would like the taxes on those 250 millions, tho.
In short, think about this:
if one of your relatives died on the Air France flight, you received 20,000 dollars.
The Beslan survivors received 20,000 rubles or dollars.Something like that.
The survivors of the Halocaust received several millions…
yet
if you shared some crappy mp3s on your computer through the internet,
you have to pay $2,000,000 .
the file sharing didn’t kill anyone.
Could the plaintiff decide, this is too much, I am not going to pay it ?
If you are Exxon, and spilled millions of gallons of oil in Alaska, the answer is yes.
This is lawyer world. Bow down to the idio-cracy, subjects.
Or change it.
